Why? The high cost of sanitary pad and tampon products has put these everyday necessities out of reach and turned what should be a healthy fact of life into a significant barrier.

A little more about Dignity
Dignity’s mission is to create period equity in Aotearoa – this means ensuring period products are accessible to everyone who needs them, so no one misses out on work, education, sport, or anything else in life.
Partnering with leading businesses across Aotearoa, they deliver period products in workplaces, to help support employee wellbeing, taking away the stress and anxiety of getting ‘caught out’ at work.
They then gift the equivalent number of free period products to youth and community groups, schools, women’s refuges, and food banks, ensuring those who can’t afford these essential items receive the support they deserve and have equal opportunities.
Dignity has supported over 300 organisations since they began.
They play a leading part in actively reducing the stigma and nationwide change to eradicate period poverty in New Zealand.
