In-Tec Commercial Cleaning's Story
In-Tec is a family-owned business that has been servicing Southeast Queensland in Australia for over 28 years. Paul and Anne, the founders, started the business with one goal in mind: to change the cleaning industry for the better.
Here is their story in their own words …
“For probably twenty years, we have had clients ask us to take on extra services for them. Whilst sometimes we say no, but if it is a service that either comes in contact with what we do or crosses over, then we will say yes.
And when we were asked for the first time years ago, could we handle the sanitary bins for a client, and as this was a service we saw as one we could do as it was part of the cleaning industry, we said yes.
So for many years we have engaged other companies that supply this service for our clients. And whilst it worked, mostly, as it was not something we did directly, we always had to accept that the other companies would stuff up and this was outside of our control.
After investigating these bins, trialing them, we have been able to introduce them to the clients of ours that wanted them – by the way this was all clients that had the other bins, and you will see why below.
Yes, the new bins were better but did they deliver Better Value, Long Term to our clients? If they did not then they failed, or at least in our eyes.
